Charging Order
We can place a charging order against your debtor’s assets, even forcing the sale of their home.

Attachment of Earnings
If you have your debtor’s employment information, we can take the money directly from their wages from their employer. (Court fee £100.00)

Sheriff and Search
We can send the sheriff into the debtor’s property to seize goods up to the value of what is outstanding. (Court fee £50.00)
