Davidson’s Debt Recovery Services offer an exceptional Credit Control Service. This service is designed to help you alleviate your cash flow crisis and avoid a vacuum in your figures. We will chase your 0 - 60 day invoices on your behalf by means of credit control. We will initially send a ’friendly reminder’ to your client and follow it up with a call. Ideally you should be paid on that one process. If not, we will send our ’Final reminder’ letter followed by another phone call to your debtor. To ensure our letters reach the right hands we will direct our letters to the same person each time. Ideally to the Finance Director, or a person in a managerial position.
Our Credit Control service is fast and efficient, our staff are excellently trained to provide you with the most effective and speedy chase process. Payment is requested to be made directly to you and we will always communicate with you prior to action to confirm instructions.
